Our spotlight for Craig Middle School shines on Mary Brown.
After 39 years in education, Mrs. Brown has made the decision to retire from education. Craig Middle School is very sad to hear Mrs. Brown is ending her career, and we are grateful of all the contributions she has given to her students here at Craig.
Mrs. Brown possesses a strong devotion for her children, and she is always the first teacher to arrive and the last one to leave. Students think of her as a strong educator who truly cares about them as a person. Mrs. Brown has built a legacy that will be unmatched.
Here are a few things Mrs. Brown’s colleague said about their retiring friend:
- “She always goes above and beyond for her students, co-workers and school.”
- “She is willing to do the extra duties that come along with everyday school activities.”
- “Most unselfish teacher I’ve ever met – shares absolutely everything!”
- “Active in church and community.”
- “Bakes us sweet treats!”
We wish Mrs. Brown well in her future endeavors. We will miss you greatly.
